Boho and Shabby-chic Weddings
This is a trend that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. Whether your wedding is in a barn, on a farm or in the great outdoors, the relaxed charm of boho styling fits perfectly with delicate crepe paper flowers.
Choices such as sunflowers, daisies and bluebells are popular, along with other wild flowers. Bouquets can be accessorized with lace and ribbon to fit in with your wedding design.

Destination Weddings / Beach Weddings
If getting married abroad is your dream, then careful thought needs to be put into wedding flowers. Heat means that cut flowers will struggle to stay looking fresh and often you have to rely on someone in another country trying to provide you with the flowers you want via email messages. With paper flower bouquets, not only can you get your dream flowers in advance, you are communicating with someone in the UK. You can rest at ease, safe in the knowledge that your flowers are travelling with you. I wouldn’t recommend packing real flowers, but paper flowers don’t require water to keep looking beautiful. They are experienced travellers as Black and Tortie are very used in sending them safely through the post!

TRADITIONAL and VINTAGE
It might seem odd to describe it as a trend, but traditional and vintage style is very in right now! We are able to recreate most traditional bouquets in crepe paper with classic choices such as roses, peonies and lilies. Vintage china table decorations are also possible, made with your choice of blooms and beautiful mis-matched china we have collected over the years, some of which was used at our own wedding!

You can even go all Victorian and select flowers for your bouquet that carry a secret message – see our birthday flower page for more details here.
